Who we are
We're a small, locally owned business based in McKinney, Texas, serving events across Collin County and the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. We started Mr. Potts Rentals to bring a better option to North Texas events: private, climate-controlled restroom trailers with flushing toilets and running water, delivered and set up by people who care about the details.
When you book with us, you're working directly with the owners — not a call center. We'll help you figure out what your event needs, show up when we say we will, and leave your site the way we found it.

The name
Mr. Potts is a nod to the humble "potty" — dressed up in a cowboy hat. Look closely at our logo and you'll see the M and P form the hat. It's our reminder to bring a little Texas hospitality and a lot of polish to something every event needs.
