How many trailers do you need?
One 3-station trailer is best suited for receptions of about 125 to 250 guests lasting 4 to 6 hours. For larger guest lists, longer receptions or an open bar, tell us the details and we'll recommend the right setup — including servicing during the event.
When to book
Spring and fall are peak wedding season in DFW, and Saturdays go first. Reserve as soon as your date and venue are set.
