Answers to the questions we hear most — from site requirements to booking and pricing.
How many guests can one 3-station trailer handle?
Our 3-station trailer is best suited for events of about 125 to 250 guests lasting 4 to 6 hours. Planning something bigger or longer? Tell us your guest count, event length and whether alcohol is served, and we'll recommend the right setup — including servicing during the event.
What do you need on site?
Just two hookups and a reasonably level spot for the trailer:
- Power: a standard 110-volt outlet within 100 feet of the trailer.
- Water: a standard garden-hose spigot within 200 feet. The trailer stays connected to it during your event.
No outlet nearby? No problem — we can provide a generator.
How much does it cost?
Every quote is custom. Pricing depends on your date, how long you need the trailer, and where your event is. Request a quote and we'll send exact pricing — delivery, setup and pickup within our service area are included.
What's included in the rental?
Delivery, setup and leveling, hookup to power and water, a fully stocked trailer (soap, paper towels, toilet tissue and freshener), and pickup after your event.
How far in advance should I book?
Wedding season in DFW (spring and fall) books up early. We recommend reserving as soon as your date and venue are set — especially for Saturdays.
Is delivery included?
Delivery, setup and pickup within our DFW service area are included in your quote. Longer distances may carry a travel fee, which we'll always state up front.
Do you need a path for the truck?
Yes. The trailer is towed into place, so we need a clear path wide enough for a pickup truck and trailer, and a reasonably level spot to park it. If you're unsure about your site, send us a photo and we'll help plan.
What happens if it rains?
The trailer is fully enclosed, so guests stay dry. If the ground is very soft or muddy, we may adjust where the trailer is placed to keep it level and safe.
Do you offer short-term and long-term rentals?
Yes. We rent for single-day events, weekends and multi-day festivals, as well as long-term rentals for construction projects, home remodels and extended events. Tell us how long you need the trailer and we'll put together a plan, including servicing for longer rentals.
